Basic Groups was founded in 2012 as a staff of six specializing in architectural design, interior design, MEP engineering, feasibility studies, filings and approvals from NYC Department of Buildings, BSA, DEP and NYC transit. Today, the firm has over 30 talented architectural and engineering professionals who lead clients through the process of renovation and new construction. Each of their project managers are well versed in building department code and zoning resolutions of New York City.
